Responsibilities: Develop and support roles\chars\modules for IaC; Deliver adequate monitoring and failsafe solutions(HA, DRP) for internal services; Support and scale company internal open source and enterprise services, such as: Proxies, DNS, caches, gateways, etc. Prometheus\Victoria Metrics, Grafana, ELK. Gitlab, Nexus, Jira, Confluence. Team load Management; Plans, organizes and implements strategies to achieve goals; Solves problems and operational issues; Technical interviews and close communication with the recruitment team; Addresses challenges and operational issues. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of people management experience as a team lead or manager; Proven track record of building efficient teams, including hiring, performance management, and development; Broad technical outlook and deep understanding of modern software development and high-load projects; Good knowledge of Ansible, Nginx, Prometheus; Experience supporting production HA-services and working with opensource services. A mastery of Linux. Know why things work on a Linux system -- not just how to configure them.
